Happy Paws Co prides itself on being an Australian made & owned brand. All of our treats are made right here in Australia.
We try to source as much as we can from local Southern Queensland accredited Australian abattoirs and fisheries. However, some of our meat does come from Victoria & New South Wales. Our Green Lipped Mussels come from New Zealand.
Our treats are made using a state of the art drying system, by way of using very low temperatures and a sealed environment in which the drying takes place. The low temperature moisture extraction and the re-circulation of the drying air maximises the amount of flavours and odours in the food.
All products are pasteurised at a critical phase of the process to ensure all pathogens are killed. The level of moisture retained in the product ensures that pathogens cannot live on in the product post drying.

All of our shark products are ethically sourced in Northern Queensland and are a by-product of meat used for human consumption instead of being left to waste.
The answer is simple. We do not compete with cheaper brands!
We stand alone for our Australian-made, healthy premium quality treats & we will never compromise on our quality. Just like human food, real treats will keep your pets fuller for longer, and are packed with vitamins & minerals that processed 'cheap' treats do not have.
We aim to have all products restocked within a week of being sold out, unless there are any supply issues.

For puppies, we recommend any of our 'Trainers' range or Chicken Jerky. All of these products are gentle on puppy teeth, easily digestible, easy to break apart and perfect for training.
We also recommend sending us in a photo of your new puppy, just so we can gush over all the smooshy baby puppy cuteness.

All orders within Australia qualify for our flat rate shipping fee of $8, no matter the size of your order.
All orders within Australia that are over $100 qualify for free shipping! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
All international orders qualify for our flat rate shipping fee of $27 AUD, no matter the size of your order.
Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your parcel. This is the recipients responsibility and Happy Paws Co are not held responsible for these charges.
We are proud to say that we do in fact ship worldwide! We ask that international customers allow up to 15 business days to receive your order. We offer international customers a flat rate shipping of $27 AUD, no matter the size of your order.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from us that lets you know your tracking details! Tracking numbers are provided with all orders.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct upon checkout. If a delivery is 'Returned To Sender' due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges. Once the Return To Sender fee has been paid (shipping cost), we will resend your order to your new delivery address.
Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
If you have noticed an error before your order has been fulfilled, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible to adjust your address before shipment.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Food & perishable goods cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return address. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.
