Shipping Policy

We aim to have all orders complete and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. During busy sale periods (mid May) & the Christmas period (mid Oct-mid Dec) please allow us more time to fulfil your orders.

Australian Orders 

All orders within Australia qualify for our flat rate shipping fee of $8, no matter the size of your order. 

We offer Standard shipping with Australia Post for $8 or via Express for $14.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order within Australia depending on your location.

International Orders

Shipping rates

USA + CANADA: $35 AUD FLAT RATE

NEW ZEALAND: $20 AUD FLAT RATE

These rates are for the countries that we ship to frequently. If your country is not listed, please reach out to us to enquire about your shipping rate.

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order outside of Australia. Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your parcel. This is the recipients responsibility and Happy Paws Co are not held responsible for these charges. 

Shipping Terms & Conditions

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct upon checkout. If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking for up to date notifications once receiving a shipment notification from us, as Australia Post cannot guarantee that a card is always left. 
Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
